My professional journey started at an insurance brokerage in Burleigh Heads, where I learned the essentials of becoming an exceptional broker and obtained all of my qualifications. The experiences that I had there provided me with a rock-solid foundation that enabled me to build a successful career in the insurance industry.
I then moved to another insurance brokerage, this time in Nerang, which was renowned for its fast-paced and modern approach. I embraced this opportunity to enhance my skills in working at an accelerated pace, without sacrificing quality and compliance. That experience served me well in my subsequent roles.
For the next six years, I worked at a highly successful insurance brokerage on the Gold Coast, where I was promoted to General Manager. I became an industry expert with a wealth of knowledge about diverse sectors and the associated risks. This expertise was imperative in enabling me to tailor insurance policies that perfectly aligned with my clients’ unique needs.
I am proud of my journey and all that I have learned along the way. Today, I am putting all of my experience and knowledge to good use by running my own insurance brokerage.
Over the course of my employment, I had the unique opportunity to work in a role that allowed me to hone my skills and expertise in the brokerage industry. However, I quickly realised that I needed to expand my network beyond my current place of employment to maximise my potential for success. To accomplish this goal, I began networking before and after work, putting myself out there to create my own professional circle. Although this was not an easy task, my persistence paid off.
Today, I find myself focusing on high turnover clients in different industries, along with ensuring the smooth management of the thousands of existing clients that I have nurtured along the way which has atrributed to Morgan Insurance Brokers phenomenal success.
